Hi Ingo,
Many thanks the schematic :-). I did solve this problem by swapping the Z80 as the original one was missing the M1 line and this is needed by the Divmmc reader. All is working now! -

First +3e roms used zxmmc and other ide interfaces, not divmmc. So you can run some of these roms enabling zxmmc on ZEsarUX -
