If you stick a Multiface between the Opus and the +2 you can get at the monitor port, its tight but you can do it (thats how I have my grey set up) -

Yep, I use tapes. Jus cuz that's what the Datacorder is best at loading. Oh and a few disks on the +3, but I don't have many of them. Me not posh enough to have an Opus fingy or anything else like that whatever it is. -

Same output on both BUT if I power them from a PSU instead of the Opus they both exhibit the dots on CUB and TV, if I run them through the Opus power, fine, so its a power issue then, tested both 5v regs, all in normal range, hmm -

Yep, one of the first things i tried was replacing the ULA, nowt changed. The key to this im sure is the answer to this question, why does the spectrum work correctly when powered by the Opus drive but doesnt when powered by a (working and tested) PSU? -
