I think it's the same as the Speccy version - you jump over the hole then fall down the left side of it.
IIRC there's not much difference between the Amiga and Speccy versions. -

It could as well be double-sided PCB. It would need the thru-holes just to bring the lower surface tracks up to make the 40 switch surfaces (in case of a "non-plus" keyboard). No jumpers, no nothing.
