    I think the Spectrum started off in 82 with a ratio of about 1:10, rising to a peek around 84/85 to about 1:3 then gradually drifted back down to 1:10 towards the early 90s.

    I am right actually. I just tried out both commands - PRINT USR 65535 returns 65535 whereas PRINT PEEK 65535 returns 201.
