I used DVD Audio Extractor, and it's done a great job; it produced each individual song as a .wav file, and I then used CDEX to convert the .wavs to .mp3.

Get PlayTZX and use it to play a TZX file - if you don't have a real Speccy, using PlayTZX will be the fastest way to do it. Just capture the output of your sound card.
