I saw that the TZX Vault has a disk version on the [url=http://www.tzxvault.org/plusd.htm]+D[/url] page so I guess it could be possible to reconstruct the tape version from that (I'll try to take a look at that later this week). -

Plug it in. This one makes the power led on the PlusD flicker with a +128K, but Rich has tested one on a 48K and PlusD and it works ok. -

Yup, but not from tape, from PlusD and I use emulators mostly to get the games on to disk.
(Thus the frequent cries and requests for more PlusD emulation in Spin and Spectaculator.) -

I used to have an Opus. Great system. You could add a Ram chip and then frig with the OS just like I assume you can do with the PlusD. -

DivIDE will probably be faster loading and probably more convenient. PlusD is authentic, with the correct nostalgia feel. You get to see the loading screen and take a deep breath before the game starts :) -

I shall try these but the Kempston E interface contains the printer driver on EPROM - it can do screen dumps, but only grey scale. Likewise the PlusD appears to only support grey scale through the SAVE SCREEN$ command.
