    I think Batman and Target Renegade both use the AY chip which I think might use FM synthesis. I could be talking complete rubish here of course, Im only just learning this stuff myself.

    They certainly were a 'curvy' bunch, those infamous Target: Renegade hookers from level 2. Vicious, too.

    While I'm on the subject (on another thread) Renegade and Target Renegade were both excellent - I'm still to complete the first game.

    And I was strangely adicted to SuperKid. Not sure why, but I thought it was a good game and I still play it.

    It's doable, as Target Renegade proves, but it would take real skill to pull it off.

    It would be nice to see a bit of colour on the walls etc. Target Renegade had some and even though it clashed, it didn't do any real harm. Besides, I like a bit of clash in games. ;)

    Flick screen would be best, in my opinion. It doesn't affect the gameplay, as Target Renegade showed, and it is less processor intensive, leaving you more options elsewhere.
