    I've got a couple of TS-1000's including an absolutely pristine one that I don't think has ever been used.

    I'd love a TS-1500 though... Doesn't have to be boxed or even have a power supply - just the computer itself would be good.

    I would think you'll be fine with that. Dont take that as a 100% certainty, I dont have a 128k +.

    I've run my Timex 2048 +2 power supply but at the moment its running off a Megadrive supply rated at 10v 500mA.

    I've used a grey +2 power supply with both my 128 and original rubber-keyed 48k Spectrum for years without any problems.

    I'll confirm that too :) I have a bog standard rubber key Speccy power supply with the 128K+ I regularly use and it works a treat.

    The power supply could be causing the computer ... . And it sounds like the power supply finally gave up hence the ... yourself at least a 400w power supply, I once had a 300w ... kept freezing randomly. Changed the power supply and everything was fine.
