Looking at your specs I would say you need a 400W PSU min. See if you can pick up a branded PSU at that - you won't have to worry about the hairy details then. -

A ZX81 PSU isi able to power a MegaDrive, so I should see no reason why a 48k PSU can't power a 128k machine :-)
