    Thanks, that made it work.

    I've added the path to the ld.so.conf file alredy, as suggested by the message at the end of "make install", but I missed the /sbin/ldconfig part. I'm still a linux newbie.

    You could also use a stenography program to insert a hidden message into the picture. One is included as part of SuSE Linux.

    Yep,
    Linux doesn't like USB very much. Anyway, usb modems are totally not 1337, you gotta go ehternet.
    Of course the best solution is to get a Mac, all the unixy like advantages and dead easy to use.

    My cousin has Linux. He babbles on about the limited amount on emulators availible. There should be a speccy emulator for Linux because the only reason i have windows is to play Speccy games and play HHGTTG text game (un-avialible on Linux)
