Any of the old Sierra-Online or LucasArts games ... err ... or DM/CSB/EOB.
Syndicate would have been exceptionally cool as a turn-based game but in my opinion they messed it up royally the way it is. -

- Added possibilities "Alternating", "Turn based" and "Simultaneous".
- Allow both last 2 set ("mixed"), so those games turn up on either search. -
