    Actually I DID mean to mention Flying Shark as one of the best in another thread. That game is awesome, come on. monochromatic alright, but new sprites kept coming your way, I thought it impossible to fit in memory.

    I think as long as the sprites are masked with an outline around them (which they will be) than they should look pretty good against the backgrounds. Of course they will take on the colour of the background.
