    Thanks BB, I'll take gladly a look at that utility, although what I needed right now was some way of freeing up space in the +3 RAMdisk from a BASIC program.

    Have 256k D-RAM in a modified 48k Speccy, used as 196k ramdisk via Opus Discovery. Over 20 years ago (those were the days Knik!) it was an achievement, amazing and fun. I never found a real purpose other than doing some programming experiments.
