Provided that I don't know anything about that particular interface, I can only guess that it should work with RS32 as long as it appears in the Windows control panel as a regular joystick device.

Not sure wot you mean, but when you use RealSpec to load the TRDOS game there should be an option to turn off the read-only protection. Disable and run.

I'd recommend Spectaculator or RS32.
