I tried using my DivMMC Enjoy! on the back of my Alphacom 32, and it doesn't work. The machine boots up into 128K mode, and although the reset button on the interface works, nothing else does. Clearly you need a full-width expansion port for it to work. -

IIRC the Spectrum+ was also sold as an upgrade kit. So you could have any issue board that was current at the time inside. Which is probably common.
