Nope, this is the one by CRL which is kind of like a multiplayer racing team management game. You are thinking of the Spirit Software game which was later re-released by Mastertronic and sold a ruckload of copies according to Retrogamer mag. -

the difference is.......the ys is only a one off free supplement not a an actual monthly mag as some seem to have started preaching.
the retrogamer comments were just an aside cos of comments id seen earlier in this thread
