    Well, I don't have an actual CPC handy (you could try asking in comp.sys.amstrad.8bit)but I'll just point out that the +3 can read CPC format disks so you should be able to use one of those to transfer it, assuming you have one that is!

    Chances are the drive belt is slipping. Posting a request in comp.sys.amstrad.8bit will almost certainly locate a nice cheap supply of offical replacements.
