No they are 3 hard plastic feet that plug into the three rubber feet ( the ones u mention ) at the back of the QL, to tilt the QL for an easier typing angle. -

Actually Dataserve Retro sells original screws and at a good price. Also sells other difficult to find speccy stuff like rubber feet exactly as the originals (if they are not indeed originals).
