Do I need the 150Rs in the RG and B paths as I am not connecting the speccy to a SCART socket? I will be connecting it up to a TTL RGB monitor, so I am assuming the signal levels will be suitable already - ie TTL level.

It seems some TVs can't display the signal generated by the Plus 3, even if you're using a scart connector. Your TV has to support RGB. -
