Speccy +2 Scart cables are about a tenner from ebay. They work well on LCD tellys if you connect them directly to the set and not through a switch-box. You may also need to change the Secam selector for proper colours. Nice steady picture then. :) -

Probably the modulator that's not working too well. Get or make a composite video cable or perhaps a SCART cable for the machine and avoid the TV signal altogether.
