    You thinking about using it to compress loading screens? I usually load the screen later in memory with a small routine to relocate it to 16384 after decompression, then compress that.

    I'm not sure 23296 is the right address for your screen 1 as it would overwrite your BASIC. But whatever address you use, you need just this:
