If you are you talking about the mounting machine screws for a 3.5 inch drive, the data sheets that I have for a couple of FDDs show these as M3 thread size.

Nylon machine screws and nuts are available from Rapid, Farnell, RS, www.modelfixings.co.uk, eBay, plus no doubt many other shops/suppliers.
