I reckon it is just about the best. Smooth as fook scrolling, excellent use of colour and sound (even though it's only 48K).

Commando is a vertical scrolling shooter, not a side scrolling shooter. It is heresey to say it on this board but I prefer the C64 version of Uridium also.
