The only Indy game I really like is the Last Crusade adventure on the ST. It uses the SCUMM system and it's really amazing. :) -

SCUMM is a great tool for playing classic Lucasarts games. Been getting through the Monkey Island games slowly myself. Been too busy though with my new PC playing Call Of Duty 4 and ET:Quake Wars. -

Sure the game could be done, in fact any SCUMM style adventure could, with a shed-full of +3 discs and a *lot* of swapping. So could Myst. Just need someone with a lot of time to digitise all those piccies!
