BASin comes with a huge collection of replacement character sets.
Though in my opinion, there has never been a font that looks as good as the standard ROM font. The SE BASIC font is just terrible :-)

Yes thats a GBS-8220 board. I use one for my +3, +2, QL, Sam Coupe and it works well.
I would look on ebay though as I got mine for approx 30E not the insanely expensive price that website is charging.
