Spares? Well the ZX81 is pretty common as I understand so you'd probably be better off just trying to buy a whole new one.
Or you could try hooking up a PC keyboard to the ZX81 with a hefty deal of screwdriver work and soldering. -

How about using a "fake" cassette like the one used to provide CD input into a car radio with just a tape deck?
that way you'd still be using the +2 tape deck, anyway, but you might prefer it to soldering-requiring solutions. -
