Bomb Jack, Commando and Roller Coaster are the three best for me, with Ghosts n Goblins, Space Harrier, Paperboy and Scooby Doo well worth a play as well. -

I love, 'Bear a Grudge.' Fantastic for a freebie. Yep, like Space Harrier, but loads better with much clearer graphics, though quite repetitive... And completeable (Yes, I mean it's easy.) Also fantasic 128k music. Play it noooowwww! -
