I know SpecBas does but other than that I don't know. I've been trying to add it to Spud for a while now but can't seem to get past a bug whereas it won't add something like "11", it'll only add the 1st "1". If you're on Windows, it's in c:\users\\specbas. If you're in linux it's ~\specbas\.
The demos archive is available from here: https://sites.google.com/site/pauldunn/demos.zip as it's not part of the SpecBAS distro.

Not yet, but it should run just fine with WINEskin. I'd not know how to do that!
If anyone can get lazarus/fpc running in OSX with SDL and BASS libs then SpecBAS can be built for OSX.
