I've not tried this yet... but to make it loadable with a Spectranet you can probably put a pause in after the emulator has loaded to allow the user to put the disable-trap jumper on to prevent execution traps. -

Okay, I've found why it's getting the mode wrong. z88dk and spectranet are using different definitions for the file mode and flags.
