The Spectrum Next hardware could certainly be programmed as a SAM Coupe, but the keyboard wouldn't have the extra keys SAM software uses. A sad day. When I spoke to him at Play in Blackpool last July he was excited to tell me he was planning on doing some more game covers for some of the new Spectrum Next games that were going to get a physical release.. What a shame that won't happen now :(
