Many emulators allow you to change the color palette.
But in theory the PAL colors should be the same as on the monitor. Perhaps the difference you notice comes from the screen settings themselves? -

It must be a 48k-only game using UDGs, and you're playing in 128k mode. A couple of UDGs were displayed as "PLAY" and another word (SPECTRUM?) on a 128k for some technical reason.
