Definitely a spectrum from Portugal. It has been put together by Timex (as in Timex/Sinclair). The same case was used on the TS1500, which is a 16k ZX81 with a spectrum-like keyboard.

You already own a tablet. The Spectrum Next keyboard is for the Spectrum core. My guess is there are or will be more cores.
