My old PSU caused funny efects to the TV picture. I tried everything, replaced even LM1889, it was hard to find one!
As a last efort I tried with new 9V regulated PSU and to my suprise picture was ok :) -

You do know that the AY is accessable from the 48K modes on any Spectrum with one right?
