There was a similar discussion on the BBC Forum and my choice of QAOP was not the popular choice. It was something like Z X ; / or whatever keys they have down in that corner.

Cursor keys and Z, X, and C for motion and various action controls respectively. I never could understand why anyone would use QAOP; you need two hands to control one character. -
