The Speccy 128K version did have speech through it's internal sound chip.
There was "Missile Launched", "Energy Low" and "Docking Complete".

The Fuller Master Unit had a joystick port, AY 3 8912 and a speech chip. The only program I know of that uses the sound chip is music maker.
