Thats a slightly different inlay to one of mine which is also from 1983 and on the TZX vault called alternate.

I acquired the tape when I bought somebody's game collection, so I don't know about whether it ever had an inlay (mine doesn't), but I can confirm that it's a rather average Operation Wolf game.
