Not sure what the power is for but you should be able to feed just R,G and B and composite sync to get a picture? RGB does not need power as such. -

If you have 6 pins TTL input it must be:
R,G,B,I , C-SYNC and GND. They are TTL so they are in 5V format. Power is no needed but you must activate one switch to goto in TTL input (like the commodore 1084 monitor). -
