Most emulators have that option. It may be called real tape mode, or load from audio input, etc. In Spectaculator you go to Tools and check the option "Load from Audio Source".

zx spin also converts tzx and tap to wav

open the tape browser in tools , drag your tzx/tap into the main emulator window then on the Tape browser select File:-save as:

and add .wav to the end of the file name.
