To create TAP files from a batch script I usually make a TAP file with Basic loader using BASin, and create binary files with my custom bin2tap tool, then combine files with copy command.

You can always rename SCR to SCR1 or something like that, ... can easily copy files from .tap to PC with total commander plugins.
