Yes it is possible- you can use TZX to Wav and make a CD. You can then play the CD through the usual Speccy input. If you have a +2 then you will need a CD-Tape adaptor- press Play on the tape deck and start the CD. Spectrum 48K and 128K+ Supply was rated with 1.4 Amp, but the original +2 Power supply was rated with 2.1 Amp because there was a Tape deck glued on, which draws also some power.
