He he - the option's there, but it doesn't work. The resulting TZX has just half a Speedlock loader and generates a tape loading error when you try to load it. :)

the other thing you can do (how I use my spectrum+3) is to hook your tape lead up to your PC soundcard to play the tape available from the archive straight in, using one of the emulators with realtime tape loading, or a plugin for winamp etc. -
