I always had a tiny flat blade screwdriver handy to adjust the heads of my tape deck.

Dan Dare had a wickedly fast (and dodgy) loader, and games such as Cobra and Bobby Bearing - with a loader I can't remember the name of - bring back tape-loading nightmares!
