I convert a .TAP file to .VOC using TAPER and then use VOC2WAV to convert that to WAV file I then use Nero Express to burn this to a CD.

Yerz: TAPER has a lot of bugs in Snapshot to Tape conversion. My Z802TZX utility (check Utilities section on WOS) can do the same with some extra customization functions and (hopefully) without bugs ;)

I would recomend the 128+. It is a real Sinclair and more backward copatible with 48k games.

You are missing something, you'd have to insert that block into your .tzx file using an editor such as Taper.
