    I always liked early Crash!, the Xmas issue was massive and so full of games and features. Everything for a great Spectrum Xmas. They got me all worked up for it!

    LM was good, like an 80s Loaded.

    There was a mass shortage of the 48k aroubd xmas 1982, but my parents were lucky enough to get one.

    Got the 128k for xmas 86 or 87.

    My earliest memory was of struggling on Xmas morning sussing out how to set the system up and manage to load Horace Goes Skiing. (I had crosswired the ear and mic leads). This proved more frustrating than not having batteries on Xmas morning.
