Have you read the 0.2c message on this board? It contains instructions on upgrading v0.2 up to v0.2c, which includes a minimise button.
You'll need to download both versions, as 0.2c is basically a patch.

It works only on Spectrum +2A (not on +2 or 128+ or 48). I remember this because I had this Problem some years ago. Maybe someone write a patch for it, or even a full version. -

There are plenty of open-source emulators (eg Fuse, vbSpec, spectemu) out there: why not submit a patch for one of those? -
