Well there are some fantastic games there, Cybernoid loved that and Starquake and Myth.
But my vote goes to the Great Escape, the most atmospheric game ever on the speccy. -

Where Time Stood Still is a huge game for a (massive) single load. I also think Batman 3D, Head over Heels, The Great Escape and Turtles 1 are also big for 48k single loads.
