I liked Gremlin (for the Monty games, Jack the Nipper etc), Ocean (The great escape, WTSS, Rambo etc), Mastertronic (Rescue), Cult (for their management titles) and Durrell (Sab 1 &2 etc). -

For me, [i]The Great Escape[/i] is the best of the lot. Brilliant game. [i]Gift From the Gods[/i] and [i]Shadowfire[/i] were also interesting games. And there's a Denton game I'm missing: [i]Spy Hunter[/i], a really cool conversion for the Spectrum. -

I liked them as they made 2 of my all time favourites, WTSS and The Great Escape.

It's got to be The Great Escape for me. Big game, loads to do, lots of depth, smooth engine and decent AI that took control for you if you just wanted to pass the time! Very impressive for 48k worth of memory :) -
