You can use a Multiface 3 on a +3 or a +2a but not on a grey +2, a toast rack 128, a 16/48K speccy ar a speccy +. -

Yeah, the black ones do look better, but the two ideal machines (IMO) are the 128k toast-rack, and the grey-case +2.
I suppose you could fairly easily put a standard +2 into a +2a case, but that would get confusing :p -
