ohhh yeah ive had that before. mucho tasto. can never bring my self to toast such nice bread. and prefer it on its own with butter, for soup, chips etc.

If you're powering it from the PC, probably the easiest way of getting that 6 volts is to use an adjustable linear regulator off the PC's 12v.
