Yup as Balford said Issue one rampack and the coil like the coil in the speccy provides one of the voltages for the ram chips 12v I think. -

Why don't you just check continuity from the various voltages at the rear connector to each of those 4 pins?
I see 0V, 5V, -5V, 9V, 12V and -12V -

Also, when it's fixed, bear in mind that 6A's in my experience are quieter than earlier issues - I have one that you would think the coil is bust as there's no noise even with the case off, but all voltages are there and it works fine :)

Ok, voltages on the lower ram all seem to check out fine.
Are the lower ram chips that flakey that I have killed one in the process of changing an upper ram chip? -
